I received a call or a door tag from FMTI requesting an installation appointment. Why is this necessary?
We currently are contacting customers to schedule GigaCenter installation appointments. GigaCenters replace your current optical network terminal and allows you to enjoy all the benefits of fiber optics. Failure to install a GigaCenter may result in service interruption. Please contact Customer Service at (928) 346-2500 to schedule your installation appointment.
What are the hours I can schedule a GigaCenter appointment?
Installation appointments can be scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00AM - 5:00PM.
Can I request a GigaCenter installation if I have not been contacted by FMTI?
Yes. Please contact our Customer Service department at (928) 346-2500.
